LAN PARTY: Saturday April 13th 2002 (Noon - Midnight)
Price: $10.00
Last month we had 24 gamers attend the party! (2 of which
were spectators) It was a blast! Pictures are now posted Here.
Thanks to the TLG and the Shoreline Lan Team for
coming to our event. Some day we might get all the Northwest area
LAN's together for a big event.
Big thanks to r o o t r i d e r (of the TLG) for
his great idea.
Gamers Attending Event: -We only have 30 seats-

LAN PARTY IN PROGRESS!! Sign-Up for the next one (Here)
Tons of MIA's! We had over 22 people sign-up. Three were nice enough to email us and cancel. The other seven were MIA (Missing in Action or No-show). DECIM8 and I (sight|i|picture) spent more money then what was in our bank accounts thinking that we would get it back from the event. Now it looks like both our families are going to eat Top-Ramen and hot dogs for the next month. Lesson learned. We are thinking about having a "no-show" or "MIA" fee of $2.00 for those who don't email us to cancel a full 24 hours in advance. This way we can fill the canceled seat with another ready and eager gamer. We did have a team of ten that was thinking of coming but, because we only had six spots remaining they wanted to wait until the following month so that they could attend the party in full force. Well, enough with our sob story... {wiping tears from eyes} ... Onto the LAN Party aftermath:
.......
We played some Counter-Strike, Day of
Defeat, Medal of Honor AA, Jedi Knight II, and some Quake III ThreeWave Capture Strike. This month there was a longer than usual inter mission where we ate to our fill of the 5 super-sized Costco Pizza's and traded over 30 Gigs of MP3's etc...
We would like to thank all that came. This could have been our largest
attendance ever, but again we had many "MIA's". Look above for the List-o-Shame. If you are on the list of MIA's please note you will not get charged the $2.00 fee. We haven't instituted the fee yet.
